Vision
The Student Services & Formation Office is geared towards the holistic formation of each learner whose behavior manifests the Lasallian identity and exhibits the human and Christian Values wherever they are.
Mission
The Student Services & Formation Office creates and implements programs that complements the academic programs in the promotion of character formation guided by the Lasallian Core Values of Faith, Zeal for Service, and Communion in Mission.
Goals
Aligned with the Institutional Goals to produce Lasallian graduates who possess the Expected Lasallian Graduate
Attributes (ELGA’s): Effective Communicator, Critical Thinker, Socially Responsible, Professionally Competent, and
Morally Upright Citizens, the Student Services and Formation also aim to:
• Provide holistic Lasallian formation programs inspired by the charism of St. John Baptist De La Salle
• Intensify support services to ensure that the learning environment helps students maximize their full potential
leading to the demonstration of the ELGA’s and attainment of their goals
• Strengthen collaboration with internal and external partners to continuously enrich student development
programs and services
• Heighten student formation and development programs to be consistently responsive to the needs of the
students with diverse backgrounds
• Cultivate an environment of well-being that establishes a healthy experience in the community
